The Dosatron D3 Green Line is the latest generation of Water Powered Volumetric Proportional Injectors. The Dosatron, installed directly in the water supply line, operates by using the flow of water as the power source. The water activates the Dosatron, which takes up the required percentage of fertilizer directly from the container and injects it into the water distribution line.

● Maximum water flow increased to 3 m3/h, without increasing
the frequency of the cycles or pressure loss, and while keeping the
minimum flow of 10 l/h.
● Accurate, progressive and supple dosing rate setting from 0.2
to 10 % (concentrated additive injection from 0.02 to 300 Liters per
hour) depending on the model.
● Larger capacity for suction of viscous products (powders in solution
or liquids).
An exceptionally simple product through a refined design
● A highly simplified differential hydraulic piston motor (17 parts instead of 52 previously),
based on two new DOSATRON patents. It has no metallic parts, and its refined design is based on a valve
tripping system using a thermoplastic blade spring.
● Better reliability and longer life because there are fewer moving parts.
● Very easy to assemble/disassemble the motor (either from the top or the bottom, without no tools) assuring
guide and easy maintenance.
Perfectly adapted to latest developments and treatments
Chemical resistance / Safety / Ergonomics
● Motor with no metal parts or springs, and a plastic plunger rod.
● Materials chosen for higher chemical resistance and longer endurance.
● Safe labour conditions: the suction tube does not turn while adjustments are being made, and the
one piece check valve is protected and secured by its own retaining ring. In case of a human error,
there is less risk of the user coming into contact with the chemical.

Clever ergonomic adjustment
● Both % and ratio indications e n g r a v e d directly in the polypropylene (by laser), with high
chemical resistance.
● Adjustment ring with eyelet, for precise dilution (% and ratio).
● The orientation of the entire dosing part can be modified and no tools are necessary to change or remove it.
● Explicit marking of the locking ring function (“lock” and “unlock”).
